Availability of regional regulations/policies that regulate: - No new planting on peatlands, regardless of depth, after 15 November 2018 and all peatlands are managed responsibly. - Land clearing does not cause deforestation or destruction of any areas required to protect or enhance HCVs or HCS forests.
